An invitation to slow down, get creative and discover the pleasure of making something beautiful by hand.

There's something wonderful about losing yourself in the creative process. The gentle movement of a paintbrush, the flow of ink across paper, the unexpected pleasure of discovering what your own hands can create.

Alongside my work as an artist, illustrator and calligrapher, I occasionally open my home studio near Lake Como for small, intimate workshops in watercolour painting and modern calligraphy.

My classes are relaxed, welcoming and thoughtfully designed for beginners and curious creatives alike. No previous experience is necessary, just a little imagination and a willingness to try something new.

A LITTLE ART,
A LITTLE HISTORY

Even the place where I teach has a story to tell.

My home was once the limonaia, or orangery, of the historic Villa Raimondi in Fino Mornasco. This beautiful old property, protected for its architectural and historical significance, is part of a place with a rather extraordinary past.

In 1860, Giuseppe Garibaldi married Giuseppina Raimondi in the chapel of the neighbouring villa. Their marriage became one of the more remarkable and short-lived love stories in Italian history!

Today, this former orangery is my home and creative space, where I have the pleasure of welcoming guests for a little art, conversation and inspiration.

It's a chance to step away from the everyday, discover a piece of local history and create something beautiful in a setting with a story of its own.

For visitors to Lake Como, I also offer private one-to-one watercolour and calligraphy lessons in the comfort of your hotel, villa or private residence.

I welcome collaborations with luxury hotels, concierge teams, private villas and event planners wishing to offer their guests a distinctive artistic experience.

From individual lessons to intimate group workshops, each session can be tailored to the occasion, setting and guests.

Private studio lessons from €250.

Bespoke hotel and villa experiences are individually quoted.
